When Grate Wall of Fire decided to build a fire pit to expand the product line, many fire pit designs were considered. After much product research, a design was chosen based upon our famous fireplace grates. Like our grates, the Outdoor Fire Pit feature a unique vertical stack open fire chamber. This elevated fire chamber exposes more of the heat emitting red embers. The result is a hotter, self-feeding fire which requires little or no tending.
The Tall Fire pit's high profile promotes smoke-free operation by encouraging smoke to rise up and away quickly. Unlike other wood burning fire pits, there will be no smoldering fires or rogue smoke clouds in your face.
We believe that our outside fire pit is a little bit more unique and attractive than the many mass produced backyard fire pits, patio fire pits, chimineas, or the all too flimsy "fire pit table" sold by others.
Our fire pit is the perfect centerpiece for your patio or backyard. It even makes a great beach fire pit. It's a wonderful alternative to an expensive masonry outdoor fireplace.
