I have both the M-4 and M-5 grates and highly recommend them. They are truly smokeless and keep the burning wood well to the back of the fireplace as intended in the design. Wish I had known about these grates years ago. These grates are light years ahead of traditional fireplace grates in terms of efficient wood burning, smoke reduction, and efficient radiation of ember heat. Well worth the money.

We bought this Pineapple Fireplace Grate along with a SDHM-4 1" fireback. The quality of both items is excellent, and installation was a snap. We could not be more pleased.

Follow up

I just spent 20 minutes writing a very positive review of the grate and fire back we bought, only to be told over and over that the verification number was incorrect. It was NOT incorrect. I love your product but this was not a good use of my time!
