M-7 Fireplace Grate 31" Wide

Received my new grate last week and just started my first fire. Haven't used my fireplace in over 10 years because the smoke was unbearable. This thing kicks butt big time. Crazy hot heat and not one puff of smoke. This is the best money I have spent for anything in years. What a pleasure to do business with geniuses like you. A friend of ours has a Grate Wall of Fire in her home and we were impressed by the heat it radiated and the beautiful fire. We installed our Grate Wall of Fire in our extra large central fire place. We love how easily it lights and how fast the logs catch. We put a piece(s) of cardboard facing out between the grate and fire backs. We then add two or more split logs. Finally we place two paper twists in front of the grate at the base and light them. Within minutes we have a beautiful fire which throws out oodles of heat and light.

My fireplace was smokey. I could start a small fire at the back of my old flat grate and could get away with minimal smoke as long as we didn't over feed it and no one turned on the ceiling fan. Anything beyond a tiny fire caused smoke to boil out over the front of my mantle. I did not like my fireplace and I was determined to not install those ugly doors again. With the Gratewalloffire M7, I can now have a beautiful crackling fire that last easily twice as long and NO SMOKE in the house. I love my fireplace again! As well as giving my living room some added warmth and the classic fireplace ambiance we all love during the holidays, it looks great! If your second guessing yourself, stop. Just buy it. Now.

Loveit! We were pulling out a gas log insert and wanted to go with pellet or wood stove insert. Sticker shock ! Somehow i stumbled on the website and decided to jump in and buy the grate and the fireback. A bit pricey but good quality and grate ;) service ! We have been burning 2-3 times a week - had to invest in a humidifier last week! building a real fire and sitting next to it on a cold eve- simple pleasures! Look forward to enjoying the fireplace this holiday season. Thinking about adding decorative finials to the two ends.

After many years of disappointment with our fireplaces, the Grate Wall of Fire has turned things around. No more smoke in the house. Now the fire produces nice heat. It feels like our fireplaces had been designed to be used with this grate. Size is just right if you follow the measurement instructions on the website.

Zero need to look elsewhere. This is exactly what you want and extremely well made.

This is by far the best fire grate on the market. Definitely will only use these grates moving forward.

We are very satisfied with our grate wall of fire. Previously, our fireplace was mostly ornamental and didn't really warm our cabin. Now our fireplace looks great and warms our cabin. The other day I was surprised to find air conditioner had turned on because the cabin was too hot! Great product!

We got one with fireback for one of our fireplaces and within days had ordered 3 more for the others. There is zero smoke, the fireback pushes all the heat into the room so we use less wood (we tried "regular amount of wood" with first fire and it was so unnessecary!). Bonus, it is so easy to clean ashes. This was one of the best purchases ever.

I actually bought two grates. I visited the store to buy one and liked it so much I ordered another which was shipped to me the next day. The grates are very different and far superior to the standard grates and the service was excellent. I highly recommend these products.

This is the second fire grate that I have purchased for two different Fire places and they both work great!! I love the way it works and looks, better than any grate on the market.

I have considered getting an insert for my huge masonry fireplace, but didn’t want to loose the ambiance of a fire. The Grate Wall is the perfect balance for me! I get much more heat with less wood, and still get to see, hear, and smell the fire. Very, very pleased and have already convinced a friend to get one.

This grate and the reflective fireback work wonders. Not only is it beautiful, but it gets a hot fire going well and keeps the wood above the coals nicely. Very happy with my purchase.

Love this grate. I have more than one. Fires burn so much more efficiently and produce more heat. Fires are easy to start and keep going. Just add wood :)

Beautifully made. However, did not help with smoke….only the glass fire screen from CB2 made a difference …

Before we bought this grate and the reflective fireback (RF-7 31"), I would describe our fireplace's heat production as: "meh." But now? WOW, that thing puts out some serious heat and I have to tend to the fire with the poker much, much less than I used to. Excellent product and well-worth the money.

Awesome grate that creates more heat, and more attractive fire. Mind you, it will eat up some firewood. But to be expected with how much can be stacked between wall and grate. A true vertical wall of fire and embers. Great solid construction and design. Definitely would recommend the investment.

This is absolutely one of the best things I bought for the house!!! No smoke escape and the fires burn for hours with no tending. Highly recommended!!!

Great grate! Works great with my new fireback. Use less wood and get more heat. Get this and the fireback, you will not regret it. I got the large grate, I think the smaller one would work just as well.
