Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- January through October: Most orders received before 11:00 AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 11:00 AM will ship the next business day. -- November through December: All bets are off! We will do our absolute best to ship out orders as fast as possible but depending on the amount of orders we receive in these super busy months, an order may take a full week to ship out. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. If you are ordering something in anticipation of receiving it for Thanksgiving or Christmas, you should err on the side of caution and order about two weeks prior.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Gratewalloffire.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to tariffs, value added tax (VAT), or brokerage fees imposed by third parties.
