This special grate is intended to fit medium sized Rumford fireplaces. It is specifically designed to fit the common 48" wide Rumford fireplace with the following firebox measurements: 16" across the back wall, 48" across the front opening, measuring 16" in depth at the floor, and having an opening height of about 48". Of course, this grate can be used in fireplaces with slightly different dimensions too.

Grate Dimensions:
20" Tall, 33" Front width, 16" Rear width, 16" Deep.

Amazing ! Tried everything to stop smoke from coming out of the front of fireplace on our porch..Was considering converting to gas logs when I discovered this fireplace grate. No more smoke ! It really works!!!
